Welcome to BRICKTOURS. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services and business relationship with Travel Agents, clients and other users.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About BRICKTOURS

BRICKTOURS is a travel services and B2B travel support company providing travel-related services through Travel Agent Partners and service providers.

Our services may include, among others:

* Hotel bookings

* Tours and excursions

* Transfers

* Rail and transportation services

* Cruises

* Escorted tours

* International self-drive arrangements

* Ground handling

* Other travel-related services

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BRICKTOURS and/or the relevant service provider.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the applicable confirmation has been issued and the required payment or deposit has been received.

Prices, availability, inclusions and conditions may change until confirmation.

3. Payments

All payments must be made through the payment methods and bank accounts officially communicated by BRICKTOURS.

Applicable taxes, GST, service charges, facilitation charges, supplier charges and other applicable fees may apply.

BRICKTOURS reserves the right to withhold or cancel services where required payments are not received within the stipulated period.

4. Supplier Terms

Travel services are often provided by independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, airlines, transport operators, tour operators, cruise companies and other service providers.

Such services are subject to the respective supplier’s terms, conditions, cancellation policies and operational restrictions.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Changes, amendments and cancellations are subject to the applicable terms of the service provider and the booking conditions communicated at the time of confirmation.

Some bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable.

Any refund, where applicable, will be processed after receipt of the corresponding amount from the relevant supplier, subject to applicable deductions.

6. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance and other documents required for their journey.

BRICKTOURS may assist with travel-related documentation where such services are specifically requested, but the final responsibility for the accuracy and validity of travel documents rests with the traveller and/or Travel Agent.

7. Travel Information

Travel schedules, hotel facilities, transportation arrangements and other services may be changed by suppliers due to operational, weather, regulatory or other circumstances beyond BRICKTOURS' s control.

BRICKTOURS will endeavour to communicate material changes as and when information is received from the relevant supplier.

8. Limitation of Liability

BRICKTOURS shall not be responsible for losses, delays, cancellations, injuries, damages or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters

* Weather conditions

* Government restrictions

* Strikes or industrial action

* Political disturbances

* Pandemics or public-health events

* Transportation disruptions

* Supplier failures

* Changes in schedules

* Immigration or visa-related decisions

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

9. Website Information

We endeavour to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, descriptions, prices, availability and other information may change without prior notice.

Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as a guarantee of availability or service delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the BRICKTOURS website, including the logo, brand name, text, graphics, images, design and other materials, is owned by or licensed to BRICKTOURS unless otherwise stated.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
